Responsibilities Welcome members and guests with a positive attitude Check players in and assist with court reservations Answer phone calls and respond to member questions Help new members understand club programs and memberships Support leagues, clinics, and club events Keep the front desk organized and ensure a great member experience Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Friendly, dependable, and professional Comfortable using computers and learning new software Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or fitness is a plus If you enjoy working with people and want to be part of a fun, growing community, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Pickleball Kingdom Tinton Falls
