• Compensation: $45,000 - 60,000 annually *commission opportunity available*

We're looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help expand our presence in the Shreveport market by developing strong relationships with businesses, property managers, insurance professionals, and other key community partners.

What You'll DoGenerate New Business

• Build and maintain relationships with key referral partners and centers of influence.
• Conduct face-to-face visits, phone calls, emails, and networking activities to create new opportunities.
• Execute daily outreach efforts using a targeted sales strategy.
• Attend industry events, association meetings, and community functions.

Grow and Manage Your Sales Pipeline

• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and opportunities.
• Convert leads into long-term clients through consistent follow-up and relationship-building.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across restoration, construction, HVAC, and other service offerings.
• Meet and exceed sales and business development goals.

Deliver Exceptional Client Experiences

• Provide professional presentations and customized solutions that address client needs.
• Respond quickly and effectively to client questions and concerns.
• Build trust that leads to repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Be a Trusted Resource

• Communicate the value of Emergency Ready Plans (ERPs) and other proactive solutions.
• Stay informed on company services, industry trends, and best practices.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Experience in sales, business development, marketing, or relationship management.
• Experience in restoration, construction, property management, insurance, facilities management, or related industries is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
