Audit Senior Or Audit ManagerSeeking an experienced Audit Senior or Audit Manager with 3+ years of audit or public accounting experience.Roles & ResponsibilitiesPlan and perform audit and review engagements.Supervise and review the work of staff on engagements.Communicate directly with clients and help resolve accounting and audit issues.Prepare and review financial statements and related disclosures.Manage engagement deadlines and budgets.Assist with training and development of less-experienced team members.Work closely with partners and other members of the assurance team.Requirements & QualificationsBachelor's degree in accounting.3+ years of audit or public accounting experience.CPA license or progress toward CPA licensure.Strong attention to detail.Ability to manage responsibilities effectively.Ability to work as part of an audit team and independently in a remote environment.Strong communication skills.Ability to develop strong client relationships.Desire to continue learning, growing, and taking on greater responsibility.Preferred QualificationsExperience with construction accounting.Master's degree.CPA license.Benefits & Compensation401(k)Flexible schedule.Health insurance.Paid time off.
