Clinical Informatics Analyst The Clinical Informatics Analyst facilitates the development and implementation of clinical process redesign and information flow as it relates to the Health System's EMR(s). This person is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating systems and solutions based on clinical user needs. This person is responsible for working with clinical users to define current state workflows and develop future state workflows that meet clinical needs and that are technically relevant. Oncology experience preferred. Required Skills Ability to work in a team environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Demonstrate the ability to be a team player and possess a willingness to perform duties that are assigned or delegated to him/her as well as a willingness to perform duties of other employees as needed. Required Licenses An active RN license or other clinical license is strongly preferred. Qualifications Preferred Education Bachelors or better in Health Information Technology or related field. Preferred Experience 1-3 years: 1-3 years previous experience in nursing and/or 3 years experience in Information Systems related field, nursing, and health care experience strongly preferred.
