Talent Acquisition SpecialistThe Talent Acquisition Specialist is a high-volume, hands-on role responsible for building strong partnerships across the organization to attract, engage, and hire top talent. This role requires a proactive, self-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, and brings creativity and urgency to solving hiring needs across both corporate and field operations.This position plays a critical role in shaping the employee experience from first touchpoint through onboarding, ensuring every candidate interaction reflects the organization's culture, values, and commitment to excellence.Success in this role requires strong collaboration with hiring managers, consistent follow-through, creative sourcing strategies, and a bias for action.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & StrategyPartner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand workforce needsTake full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptanceDevelop and execute creative, proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across corporate and field rolesContinuously improve recruiting processes with a mindset of innovation, efficiency, and candidate experienceMaintain urgency in filling critical roles while balancing quality, compliance, and culture fitCollaboration & Stakeholder PartnershipBuild trusted relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and accountability throughout the hiring processProvide proactive guidance and consultation on market trends, candidate availability, and hiring strategiesServe as a connector between field operations and corporate teams to ensure seamless communication and executionCandidate Experience & SelectionConduct high-quality resume reviews, screenings, and interviews with consistency and professionalismEnsure timely communication and follow-through with candidates at every stage of the processCoordinate interviews efficiently, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teamsConduct required background screenings in alignment with company policies and compliance standardsOnboarding & IntegrationOwn and coordinate the onboarding experience from offer acceptance through new hire orientationEnsure all pre-employment steps, screenings, and documentation are completed accurately and on timeAct as a key point of contact for new hires, ensuring a welcoming, organized, and engaging onboarding experienceSystems, Process & Continuous ImprovementMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and hiring data in the ATS/HRIS systemsCollaborate with the Manager of Talent Acquisition to identify opportunities to streamline recruiting workflows and improve efficiencyRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience in Talent AcquisitionStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated ability to take ownership and drive work independently with minimal oversightStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindsetAbility to think critically, act with urgency, and solve problems creativelyPreferred QualificationsExperience recruiting in property management, real estate, or constructionExperience with Paycom TalentBridge
