This role partners closely with executive leadership, marketing, and product teams to expand market share, enhance customer relationships, and achieve business objectives.Strategic LeadershipDevelop and execute long-term sales strategies aligned with company goals.Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and revenue streams.Forecast sales performance and establish growth targets.Provide insights to executive leadership based on market trends and analytics.Revenue Growth & PerformanceOwn and deliver against revenue targets and KPIs.Optimize sales processes, pipelines, and forecasting accuracy.Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements.Drive consistent, scalable sales growth across regions or segments.Team Leadership & DevelopmentHire, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales organization.Set clear goals and performance expectations for team members.Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Develop succession planning and leadership pipelines.Customer & Market EngagementBuild and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic accounts.Represent the company in high-level sales negotiations and partnerships.Gather customer insights to inform product and service improvements.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with marketing to align lead generation and brand strategies.Collaborate with product and operations teams to align offerings with market needs.Work with finance on pricing strategies and revenue planning.Operational ExcellenceImplement CRM and sales tools to improve efficiency and visibility.Establish best practices and standardized sales methodologies.Ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and data integrity.QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).10–15+ years of progressive sales experience, including senior leadership roles.Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.Skills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and team-building capabilities.Strategic thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Deep understanding of sales processes, CRM tools, and analytics.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Revenue growth and attainment of sales targets.Pipeline development and conversion rates.Customer acquisition and retention rates.Sales team performance and engagement.Forecast accuracy and operational efficiency.Work Environment & ExpectationsTypically operates in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.May require travel for client meetings, conferences, or team leadership, up to 40%.Works closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.Additional InformationThe U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $190,000-210,000 annually.
