A clinically focused LPN who generates and protects revenue - not a rooming-and-vitals role. The position is built around three revenue and retention engines: infusion services (wellness IV and targeted injections), the Physiologic Insulin Resensitization (PIR) program, and recurring care management (APCM/RPM), plus disciplined medication and refill-protocol management. The right person is reliable, fast, calm with older patients, and comfortable with accountability and clear productivity targets.

Core responsibilities

IV & injection services. Administer wellness IV hydration, nutrient therapies, and targeted injections under a provider order and completed history-and-physical, in line with Georgia LPN IV scope. Manage supplies, sterile technique, patient monitoring, and documentation.

PIR program. As a trained Well Cell Qualified Staff member, administer PIR infusions with the physician on-site; set up and monitor chairs, manage patient flow across the eight chairs, and log Program Data to the Well Cell Portal within required timelines. Maintain PIR Training and annual requalification.

Medication & refill management. Enforce the medication-refill policy without exception; convert overdue refill requests into scheduled office visits and lab draws so patients stay current and visits are captured.

Care management (APCM/RPM). Support enrollment, complete monitoring and follow-up calls, and keep care-management documentation current to sustain recurring revenue.

Clinical support. Triage, patient education, lab coordination, and anticipating provider needs to keep the schedule moving.

Required qualifications

•     Active Georgia LPN license in good standing.

•     Georgia Board-recognized IV therapy certification - or willingness to obtain it promptly as a condition of the role.

•     Willingness to complete Well Cell PIR Training and annual requalification.

•     Comfort with an older, predominantly Medicare patient panel; calm, warm bedside manner.

•     EHR proficiency (AthenaOne experience preferred); accurate, timely documentation.

Performance expectations (tracked)

•     Infusion/injection visits completed per week.

•     PIR chair utilization (sessions delivered vs. capacity).

•     APCM/RPM enrollments and follow-up completion.

•     Refill-protocol compliance and overdue-visit recapture.

•     Program Data and chart documentation completed on time.

Future / optional

Laser hair removal (Alma Soprano Titanium) operation may be added later, contingent on completion of separate laser training. Not a current requirement of this role
