Consultant, Workday HCM Core and Compensation Modules

Work You’ll Do Supporting the design, solutioning, and configuration of Workday Core and Compensation modules Driving end-to-end implementation activities, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment Providing expertise on Workday Core and Compensation best practices, enhancements, and optimization opportunities Candidate Profile Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team Effective written and verbal communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product Ability to build and sustain professional relationships Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor Ability to meet deadlines Qualifications Required: 2+ years of professional experience delivering Workday HCM solutions Ability to obtain and maintain the required Workday certification(s) Bachelor’s degree Ability to travel 50-75%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. Preferred: Active Workday certification in Workday HCM Core and/or Compensation Experience delivering Workday Core and Compensation configurations Experience leading requirements gathering, testing, and deployment activities for Workday implementations Experience serving government, public sector, or higher education clients A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,700 to $162,800. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
