Youth Care Worker Setting: Healthcare Facilities Job Type: Contract - Full Time Pay: $22 / Hour Hours: 40.00 Location: Chelsea, VT The Youth Care Worker (YCW) is responsible for the oversightand safety of children or adolescents in a variety of secure setting caresettings. The Youth Care Worker willinteract with the youth in a positive manner while assisting them with dailyactivities and implementing treatment plans. The Youth Care Worker will display a professional and caringattitude and will encourage positive behaviors through effective communication,decision-making, and problem-solving.The Youth Care Worker will respond to emergencies and assist in theredirection of youth when needed.
