Job Description:
Provide hands-on care and support with daily living activities
Monitor resident health and communicate with nursing staff
Promote a positive, comfortable environment for our residents
Maintain accurate documentation of care and observations
What You’ll Need:
Active CNA certification in Connecticut
A heart for caring and helping others
Team spirit and strong communication skills
Previous long-term care experience is a plus!
