Assignments may vary depending on client needs and can include commercial, residential, or industrial job sites. Candidates must have at least one year of hands-on construction experience in one or more skilled areas.

Job Description

Required Experience
Applicants must have at least one year of construction experience in one or more of the following:
- Concrete work
- Framing
- Window installation
- Pipelaying
- Drilling
- Machine or heavy equipment operation
- Perform general labor duties on construction sites
- Assist skilled tradespeople as needed
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely
- Follow job site safety rules and company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform tasks based on specific project assignments
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and safety procedures
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
