Packaging Associate

Job Summary Packaging Associate | 2nd Shift opportunity available in Camarillo, CA with a growing healthcare manufacturing environment supporting the packaging and inspection of medical products. This temp-to-hire role is ideal for candidates with packaging, assembly, or manufacturing experience who take pride in accuracy, quality, and following clean production procedures. • Package, label, bottle, and box medical products according to production requirements.
• Perform visual quality inspections to identify defects or inconsistencies.
• Verify lot numbers, product labels, expiration dates, and packaging accuracy.
• Complete production paperwork, batch records, and documentation accurately.
• Follow GMP, safety, cleanliness, and quality procedures throughout the shift.
• Support team productivity by maintaining an organized and efficient work area.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $17.00 per hour.
• Additional 5 percent shift differential.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
• Job type: Temp-to-hire.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Package, label, bottle, and box products in a healthcare manufacturing environment.
• Inspect finished products for quality, labeling, lot number, and expiration date accuracy.
• Complete production paperwork and batch records with strong attention to detail.
• Follow GMP, safety, and clean production procedures.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 or more years of packaging, assembly, manufacturing, or production experience required.
• Ability to stand throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work the full 2nd shift schedule.
• Familiarity with GMP procedures, batch records, or quality inspection processes.
• Experience working in fast-paced packaging or production environments.

Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience in medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environments.
