About the Role As a Weekend LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, including: Direct Care : Providing assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as medication administration and wound care. Vital Sign Monitoring : Taking and recording vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature, as well as reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing team. Communication : Communicating effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
