Duties and responsibilities for Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT):

• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism

• Collect and record data on patient behavior

• Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

• Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Monitor and manage patient behaviors effectively

 

Compensation and Schedule for Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT): :

• Pay range Hourly $18-$23 per hour

• Part time

• 10-20 hours per week

• Chose your schedule between 8 am and 6 pm 

Skills and Qualifications for Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT):

• Registered behavior technician (RBT) 

• CPR certification

• Ability to manage behaviors effectively

• Experienced working with kids
