About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for Home Care and Supportive Services. This executive will be responsible for leading the home care and care management division, with a focus on business growth, quality, and innovation. The successful candidate will be a seasoned home care professional with a proven track record in business development, market expansion, and the creation of strong referral networks. The role is not just operational; it requires a leader who can build and nurture a culture that attracts and retains both clients and exceptional caregivers. The position is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, and candidates must either reside in the area or be willing to relocate.
