About the Company

Our client is seeking a highly strategic Senior Manager, Customer Data & Marketing Analytics to establish and scale enterprise customer data governance while building the foundation for a more sophisticated marketing measurement capability.

About the Role

This role sits at the intersection of:

The successful candidate will partner closely with Marketing, Analytics, IT, Salesforce, Privacy, and Executive Leadership to improve customer data quality, standardization, measurement, and business decision-making. The role reports to the VP of Data & Analytics with a dotted-line partnership to Marketing leadership.

Data maturity: A golden customer record already exists in the analytics environment and is being integrated into Salesforce, but it has not yet been fully operationalized across the enterprise. Marketing analytics maturity: The function is still in an early stage, with the current focus on measuring lead generation performance across channels such as events, digital, brand, and print.
