About the Position

# Job Opportunity – ICU Registered Nurse – Texas**Start Date:** November 9, 2026 **Location:** Pasadena, Texas **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** Rotating 12-hour shifts (days or nights), every other weekend required; Patient ratio 1:2; No on-call placement**Highlights:**- 26-bed Intensive Care Unit with rotating shifts (1 charge RN, 1 rapid response, 8 bedside RNs per shift)- Advanced critical care including mechanical ventilation, CRRT, IABP, Impella, and EKOS therapy- Perform high-acuity procedures: intubation, bedside ECMO cannulation, chest tube insertion, bedside tracheostomy, and central line insertions- EMR system: Meditech- Float opportunities to CVIMCU and IMCU units- Royal blue uniform dress code**Requirements:**- Active Texas RN license or compact state license- 1-2 years of ICU experience required- ACLS and BLS certifications required- Preferred: Cardiovascular ICU or Neuro ICU experience**Why It's a Great Opportunity:**This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic, high-acuity ICU environment where you'll care for critically ill patients using cutting-edge technology and advanced life-support systems.
