Customer Service Representative

The Habegger Corporation in Spring Valley, IL is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide day‑to‑day support for our HVAC customers. This role offers a competitive wage of $17‑22/hr with opportunities to earn up to $4,000/yr in bonuses. Additional compensation is available for a CDL or willingness to obtain a Class C Non‑CDL; the truck is provided. Eligible for an annual merit increase of up to 3%. Benefits include health, dental, Aflac, a 401(k) plan with up to 5% company match, paid vacation, sick days, profit sharing, a flexible spending account, and life insurance. DAY IN THE LIFE Support sales and customer service objectives by communicating with customers over the phone and in person, promoting products and specials, and managing showroom operations. Load and deliver orders, maintain showroom cleanliness, and perform administrative warehouse duties such as shipping, receiving, facilities maintenance, and order processing.
