The Senior Accountant will report directly to the Controller and will work closely with Assistant Controllers, Fund Accounting Managers and other finance staff. The primary responsibility of this role is portfolio company wire confirmation as well as the related general ledger entries and preparation of financial statements. We use enterprise software (AllVue, Anaplan, Qval, Salesforce, HazelTree) for efficiency and scale./ppThis role requires an in-office presence 2 days a week in our San Francisco, CA or Menlo Park, CA office./pulliGenerate capital call and distribution mailings/liliPerform wire verification checks, prepare purchase, valuation and other entries/liliAssist in cash and stock distributions/liliMaintain portfolio tracking reports/liliWork in a coordinated manner with the team to complete quarterly and annual financial statements/liliCoordinate with portfolio company counsel and internal legal team as necessary/liliAssist with documentation in accordance with SEC guidelines/liliAssist Controller/Assistant Controller with projects as needed/li/ulh3To Join Our Team, You Should Be Excited To:/h3ulliWork in a highly organized and detail-oriented way.
