Work in a dedicated health room, managing a diverse caseload of students from kindergarten through high school, while utilizing your clinical expertise to deliver compassionate care.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Massachusetts RN license required
• Experience as a school nurse or in pediatric healthcare environments preferred
• Strong communication skills and a caring, student-centered approach
• Ability to assess, triage, and manage a variety of student health needs in a fast-paced setting
• Proficiency in health documentation and health education initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer daily care, medication, and first aid to students in the health room
• Manage chronic conditions and develop health plans in collaboration with educators and guardians
• Monitor student wellness and respond promptly to any medical emergencies
• Maintain accurate health records in compliance with policies and state guidelines
• Promote health education and advocate for student wellbeing across the school community
