Cashier Team Lead - 2541 Main St.

Overview $19.00 per hour. Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 3 weeks paid time off, 401k with 100% match up to 6%. Responsibilities Direct customer traffic to fast checkouts. Serve as first responder to customer inquiries. Direct duties of cashiers and maintenance employees in absence of their respective managers. Illustrate competent knowledge of various Point of Sale and transaction devices. Deliver a clean, friendly, and in‑stock store environment. Serve as cashier when needed. Enforce company policies and procedures in absence of store management. Perform close duties. Assign and inspect elements of the shift duty list. Reconcile shift reports. Perform other duties as required and/or assigned. Qualifications Must be able to function in a fast‑paced work environment and stand or walk on a hard or concrete surface, bend, reach, kneel, squat, reach overhead and side to side, and lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. The position requires ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum 6 months Buc‑ee’s retail experience preferred. May include periodic exposure to all outdoor conditions at all times of day and year. Open availability to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, mornings, evenings and overnight; typical work schedule 40 hours per week.
