Whether serving residents in our elegant dining room, welcoming guests to the Bistro, supporting special events, or delivering personalized service in Luminations® (memory care), you'll bring The Sterling Touch® to every interaction.In this role, you will:

• Deliver attentive, personalized service to residents and guests
• Create a warm, welcoming dining atmosphere
• Serve meals and beverages with professionalism and care
• Support multiple dining venues and special events
• Work alongside culinary and hospitality teams to ensure an exceptional experience
• Build meaningful relationships with residents while enhancing their daily lives

  What You Bring We're looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and service.Preferred qualifications include:

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred
• Previous serving or hospitality experience 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional service standards
• A positive attitude and genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others
• Ability to read, write, and understand English in order to communicate effectively with residents, guests, supervisors, and team members
• Sufficient manual dexterity of hands and arms in order to use all kitchen equipment and utensils (e.g. knives, spoons spatulas, tongs, slicers, etc.)
• This role requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 pounds, and remaining active throughout the shift.
