You won’t be asked to perform plumbing, electrical, roofing, or general contractor services. What You’ll Need to Succeed: Comfortable working on ladders, roofs, and in outdoor conditions Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn power tools, water-fed poles, squeegee systems, and rotary dryer vent tools Willing to learn how to clean gutters, wash windows, power wash surfaces, and complete all property maintenance services Coachable with a strong attention to safety and quality About HomeSmiles: HomeSmiles is the one-stop shop for preventative property maintenance.
