Director of Human ResourcesA large, complex, multi-site organization is seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to serve as the senior HR leader for a significant business unit supporting more than 1,000 employees across multiple states and locations. This role offers the opportunity to partner directly with operational leadership, lead a geographically dispersed HR team, influence organizational strategy, and drive meaningful improvements across talent, culture, and HR execution.The organization is undergoing continued growth and transformation and is looking for a hands-on HR leader who can seamlessly balance strategic partnership with operational execution. This individual will play a critical role in strengthening stakeholder relationships, developing HR talent, enhancing leadership capability, and aligning people strategies with business objectives.The Director of Human Resources will function as a trusted business partner to senior operational leaders while leading a team of HR Managers supporting a large, distributed workforce.
