We are the special processor of choice for missions to the skies, Mars, and beyond.Our core values guide everything we do:Passionate - We believe in what we are doing and the difference we make; Our quality is our passion.Collaborative - Treat each other with respect as professionals; We win or lose as a team; Collaboration multiplies our contributions.Can-Do - Great isn't good enough; No excuses given or taken; Eagerly willing to accept and meet challenges.Own Results - Overcome obstacles, find solutions, and deliver exceptional results; Honor our commitments.Quality Driven - Do the right thing; We are honest, transparent, and committed to doing what's best for our customers.Position Overview: This role will serve as the primary internal owner of the ERP system post-implementation, ensuring system stability, driving continuous improvement, and supporting critical business processes across finance, production, quality, and customer service operations.Essential Job Responsibilities:ERP Ownership & AdministrationAct as the internal system owner for Epicor KineticManage system configuration, user roles, security, and access controlsPartner with functional leaders to ensure ERP supports evolving business needsServe as the primary point of contact for Epicor support and external consultantsCloud System Management & UpgradesPlan, test, and coordinate Epicor cloud updates and patchesEvaluate new functionality and recommend adoption were beneficialMinimize disruption to business operations during upgradesMaintain system documentation, change logs, and release notesReporting, Analytics & Finance SupportDevelop and maintain BAQs, dashboards, and SSRS reportsEnsure data accuracy and integrity across transactional processesContinuous Improvement & Process OptimizationIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency using ERP capabilitiesStandardize processes and reduce manual workaroundsLead or support post-implementation enhancementsHelp establish and enforce ERP governance and best practicesRequirementsKnowledge, Skills, Abilities:Experience with Epicor Kinetic cloud environmentSQL/query writing and data analysis skillsPrior involvement in ERP implementation or post-go-live stabilizationExperience with integrations, APIsStrong ownership mindset and accountabilityProblem-solving in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentExcellent communication and user support skillsMinimum Job Requirements:3–7+ years of ERP administration or power-user experience (Epicor strongly preferred). Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.Experience in a manufacturing environment (make-to-order, engineer-to-order, or custom production)Hands-on experience with reporting tools (BAQs, SSRS, or equivalent)Ability to work cross-functionally and support both technical and operational usersThis position requires access to ITAR-controlled information and materials.
