Dialysis Registered Nurse, RN

Responsibilities Perform hemodialysis treatment procedures delivering safe, efficient care of the highest quality and providing specialized registered nursing care in accordance with state law. Use professional nursing knowledge to act as a resource for staff. Utilize assessment, technical, collaborative, documentation, and leadership skills on a daily basis. Maintain strong relationships, regular communication, and visibility with clients such as site Managed Healthcare, DOC/BOP, etc. Provide care at the dialysis unit located in Nashville, TN, within Lois M DeBerry Special Needs Facility, operating Monday‑Saturday. Requirements Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent. Current RN license for Tennessee and current CPR certification (or to be obtained within three months of hire). Ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English. One year of hemodialysis RN experience required (two to three years preferred). Experience must be within the past two years. Strong technical/computer proficiency with laptops, tablets, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr
