Clinic Administrator - Join Our Team! Synaptic Pediatric Therapies seeks a friendly and organized Clinic Administrator for our North Richland Hills Clinic. About Us: A growing pediatric therapy clinic with a supportive and encouraging team who fosters a positive work environment. Dedicated to providing excellent speech and occupational therapy. Your Role: Full-time Front Desk Administrator (Monday-Thursday, 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM). $17 - $20 per hour, depending on experience. Key point of contact for patients and families. Support clinic operations and our therapy team. Responsibilities: Schedule and manage patient appointments. Greet families warmly and professionally. Maintain organized patient records. Handle office tasks and order supplies. Assist therapists and support staff. Explain pre-appointment information to clients. Verify insurance and communicate with providers. Process payments. Qualifications: 1-3 years of front office experience. Bilingual is highly preferred (Spanish/English). Experience with insurance verification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
