Your Role: You'll be crafting beautiful, bold, and exciting dishes, from locally sourced ingredients to unexpected flavor pairings. Whether you're whipping up delicate sauces, expertly searing proteins, or adding that perfect garnish, you'll play a key part in bringing our food to life.
What We're Looking For:
- A deep understanding of flavor profiles and culinary techniques we're not just looking for someone who can cook, we want a true food artist
- A passion for plating because food is as much about the visual experience as it is the taste
- Experience with both classic and modern cooking methods, and the creativity to push the boundaries
- The ability to keep your station immaculate the art of clean cooking is real
