Pay Range $60,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr Job Description We are a General Contractor specializing in ground-up, multifamily construction projects with over 200 units. We are seeking a Construction Assistant Project Manager (APM) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee project direction, planning, completion, and financial outcomes. Organization and excellent time management are essential. Responsibilities Manage all project documentation Prepare project schedules and meet deadlines Assist with estimation and bidding processes Communicate project progress effectively to stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent 2-3 years of relevant experience as an APM (not a Project Engineer or Project Manager) Experience with ground-up, 200+ units multifamily projects Strong organizational skills Additional Details Seniority level: Associate Employment type: Full-time Job function: Project Management Industries: Building Construction and Construction Referrals can double your chances of interview success.
