Alongside AICA Orthopedics, we operate across 21 metro Atlanta locations — giving our PTs access to a fully integrated clinical ecosystem that most outpatient practices can't offer: in-house orthopedic surgeons, neurologists, chiropractors, anesthesiologists, and advanced imaging, all under one roof.This is outpatient orthopedic PT at a level of clinical depth and collaboration that's hard to find anywhere else in Atlanta.What You'll DoDeliver comprehensive outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation joint mobilization, therapeutic exercise progressions, functional movement training, manual therapy, and return-to-activity programmingProvide vestibular and neurocognitive therapies, gait training, and therapeutic activities for personal injury and post-surgical patientsManage all aspects of a patient's care and personal injury case treatment, documentation, and PI/third-party liability service line knowledgeSupervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants at your clinic location, clinically and administrativelyCollaborate daily with chiropractors, clinic directors, orthopedic providers, and specialists — this is a genuinely interdisciplinary environmentComplete visit documentation within 48 business hoursTarget caseload of approximately 16–18 patients per day, scaling with clinic volume and support staffingOccasional travel to nearby Motion Rehabilitation locations for coverage as neededMaintain active Georgia PT license and fulfill all CE requirementsWhy Motion RehabilitationUp to $130,000 base competitive for outpatient ortho in Atlanta, with performance bonuses on topIntegrated clinical environment: co-manage complex cases with orthopedic surgeons, neurologists, and chiropractors in the same networkPI-focused caseload with clinical variety — from post-surgical rehab to concussion management to complex multi-trauma casesPTA support on-site so you can focus on evaluation, treatment, and clinical decision-makingStrong administrative infrastructure: scheduling, billing, and front desk handled for youGrowing network — ProCo is adding 3–5 new clinics in 2026 and 2027, creating real advancement opportunityStructured clinical onboarding and mentorship for new graduates — led by our Lead PT, Anna Haley, PT, DPTContinuing education reimbursement and CE PTOQualificationsMaster's or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy from an accredited programActive Georgia PT license (or eligibility)1+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred — new graduates with strong clinical rotations consideredPersonal injury or third-party liability experience a plus; willingness to learn the PI model requiredStrong manual therapy and orthopedic rehabilitation skillsExcellent communicator — comfortable working with patients, PTAs, physicians, and leadershipAbility to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environmentCompensation & BenefitsBase salary up to $130,000 depending on experienceMonthly performance bonuses tied to patient visit volume and clinical outcomesHealth insurancePaid time offContinuing education reimbursement + CE PTOScheduleMonday–Friday clinic schedule.
