Job Description

The HT Group is seeking a Program Service Scheduler for our client in Beaumont.  Spanish bilingual preferred.

\n The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills. \n
\n
Employment Type : Full-time, Temp-to-Hire (Fully Onsite)\n
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (35–40 hrs/week)\n
Pay Rate : $18 / hour\n

Responsibilities
• Schedule clients for imaging services.\n
\n • Handle intake calls, applications, and client questions.\n
\n • Accurately complete data entry and maintain client information.\n
\n • Utilize Microsoft Outlook for scheduling and communication.\n
\n • Provide professional, compassionate customer service.\n
\n
Requirements
• Excellent phone etiquette, grammar, and communication skills.\n
\n • Strong attention to detail and data entry skills.\n
\n • Administrative experience.\n
\n • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and able to learn new systems. • Friendly, professional, and comfortable working in a small team. • Spanish bilingual skills preferred.\n
