Restoration Technician

Job Summary The Water Damage Technician will assist other team members by providing skilled and unskilled labor while learning the techniques and receiving training required while performing professional mitigation and disaster response services for 1-800 Water Damage. Responsibilities Perform unskilled and skilled labor as assigned. Show up on time for shifts in proper uniform and well-groomed. Be available for on‑call and emergencies. Learn and practice commitment to customer service. Fill out paperwork properly (Timesheets, PO Forms, Field Check‑list). Monitor loss and document readings. Exercise good judgment and understand and carry out written or oral instructions, along with sound problem‑solving ability. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Maintain a valid Driver’s License and a good driving record. Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk or hear. Regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
