Opportunity Overview

Position Type: Full Time - 1.0 FTE
Schedule: Flexible shifts available: weekdays from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, weekends from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Location: Grand Rapids and Muskegon, MI (Flexibility needed to cover additional locations within our network )

Qualifications

Relevant clinical experience is essential
Physicians must be board certified or board eligible
Active Michigan medical license (or the ability to obtain one)
DEA license required
ACLS/BLS certification (must be kept current)

Responsibilities

A typical day may involve:

Delivering direct patient care
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Engaging in teaching and mentoring activities
Documenting patient information in Epic EMR
Participating in quality improvement initiatives
Supporting community health initiatives
