We’re looking for a strong operational leader to join our team in Cary, NC. If you’re passionate about leading teams, driving efficiency, and ensuring high-quality production, this is your opportunity to make an impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Location: Cary, NC Schedule: Full-time, Onsite (Shift-based) Pay & Benefits: Competitive pay + bonus eligibility + full benefits package What You'll Do Lead packaging operations for the entire shift to ensure production goals are met Plan staffing, assign work, and coordinate daily production activities Monitor workflow, quality, and performance to maintain operational standards Troubleshoot production issues and elevate as needed to minimize downtime Train, coach, and support team members to improve performance Maintain accurate production records and communicate shift updates What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent 4+ years of experience in manufacturing or packaging operations Previous leadership or lead experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills Experience with Microsoft Office and production systems (MIS preferred) How You Will Be Successful Dedicated to Quality and Safety: Ensure all products meet quality standards while maintaining a safe work environment Building Relationships: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support production goals Integrity and Respect: Lead with accountability, fairness, and clear communication Challenging the Expected: Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities to increase efficiency Why Join MPG?
