Commercial Roofing Service Technician I

JB Roofing, a Tecta America Company, is currently searching for a Commercial Roofing Tech I at our Akron, OH location. You will be the service crew’s leader and responsible for investigating, locating, and repairing leaks and defects in commercial roofing systems, including EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing, Modified Bitumen, and low slope metal. You would manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship. Responsibilities Roof maintenance and repairs Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines Maintain professional interaction with all customers Manage commercial roofing crew, including completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, and assisting in training of crew members as needed Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old 2+ years experience leading commercial roofing crews A valid driver\'s license Bilingual a plus: English and Spanish Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly Must be able to work at varying heights and in a variety of weather conditions Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisors, and co-workers Initiative, integrity, and adaptability Technology savvy We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Equal Opportunity Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr
