Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison - Neurology (Mountain West)

The Neurology Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) is a field‑based, non‑sales position on Regeneron's Commercial Neurology Marketing team focused on enhancing interactions with key external US neurology thought leaders at academic centers and leading community practices for our neurology product. You will work closely with cross‑functional leaders from Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and the Neurology Leadership Team to ensure alignment with overall strategy and tactical execution. Success comes through collaboration, communication, and the ability to execute key initiatives. Typical Day Engage in meaningful and strategic discussions to gather insights and share clinical information with assigned key thought leaders in the geography. Conduct substantive business discussions related to on‑label product information, disease state, and general corporate overviews. Embrace a customer‑centric, needs‑based approach to drive strategic thought leader engagements. Coordinate thought leader engagements for senior executives at local, regional, national conferences and/or in the course of day‑to‑day business. Develop and maintain a list of key thought leaders in the assigned geography. Assist with thought leader development. Support speaker bureau build‑out efforts, including identification of potential speakers, managing logistics related to speaker trainings, and providing feedback to speakers to improve presentation effectiveness. Share insights gleaned from interactions with thought leaders with Marketing and other functional groups. Support regional/national advisory board planning, making strategic recommendations on potential thought leader participants and liaising with selected leaders to coordinate participation. Ensure all interactions and activities with thought leaders adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and compliance guidelines. This Role May Be For You If You possess a strong science background with deep knowledge of hematology/oncology. You can comprehend complex information and effectively distill it into concise presentations with impact. You can successfully collaborate with, and provide input to, all functions within the project team. You can balance or lead multiple projects simultaneously. You possess strong analytical and communication skills and are comfortable engaging with individuals at all levels of the organization and across different functional teams. Requirements Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree or other advanced education/certification a plus. Specialty pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in 2 or more of the following Thought Leader Liaison role (previous or current), field sales, inline or regional brand marketing, relevant medical/clinical experience, or experience in neurology markets strongly preferred. Demonstrated expertise in marketing strategies within the pharmaceutical industry; launch experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and project management experience. A proven team player with an in‑depth knowledge of industry regulations and compliance guidelines. Must have a valid driver’s license. Must be able to travel 60‑80% of the time. Salary Range (annually): $157,200.00 - $256,600.00.
