Wellness Nurse LVN - Senior Living Care Coordinator

Oakmont Management Group's Ivy Park at San Tomas is seeking a Wellness Nurse to coordinate resident care and medication management under physicians' supervision, ensuring residents stay as independent as possible. You will deliver licensed nursing care across the community seven days a week with support from the Health Services Director.
