Position Summary  

As a Client Success, Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Dash’s client implementation projects from project kickoff to successful launch. You set the tone for a client’s relationship with Dash. You will serve as the primary project lead, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives and Dash’s standards. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role in which you will manage multiple concurrent projects while coordinating closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Sales, Operations, and external client stakeholders to drive successful outcomes and maximize client satisfaction. This role demands exceptional planning, organization, communication, and strategic thinking to continuously improve Dash’s client experience. Additionally, this role requires the ability to successfully navigate and manage complexities related to Dash’s reseller model, and other highly complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:  

Project Planning & Delivery

• Lead project delivery for client implementations, including planning, build, testing, launch, and post-launch hyper care.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a highly organized manner while maintaining project quality, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Adhere to Dash’s project management standards, methodologies, project documentation, and communication requirements.
• Lead project kickoff and recurring status meetings with clients and internal stakeholders to establish clear objectives, roles, responsibilities, and success criteria.
• Consistently monitor project activities, follow up on activities, set completion dates, manage scope, and create an environment for early identification of risks and/or timeline slides.
• Drive issue resolution to minimize client impact and protect launch dates.
• Lead pre-launch readiness reviews and go/no-go discussions. 

Communication & Leadership

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Consistently provide project status updates across the organization and leadership on progress, blockers, and launch strategy by using available tools and channels (Salesforce, Teams chat, Executive Level Team updates, etc.).
• Manage client and internal stakeholder expectations and drive alignment on project priorities, timelines, and deliverables. Always look for ways to accelerate timeline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the project lifecycle and client experience, with a focus on quality and speed to market. In addition to the broader Client Success team, this includes, but is not limited to Sales, Solutions, Collateral, and Engineering.
• Support, train, and mentor Project Managers on the team, as directed by leadership.
• Serve as a dependable team member, role model and be a change-champion.

Product Knowledge & Technical Integration

• Understand client’s business goals, program requirements, priorities, and success metrics.
• Develop and maintain an understanding of Dash’s products, platforms, and capabilities.
• Develop and/or coordinate training demos, product configuration, and comprehensive launch plans.
• Collaborate with solutions, engineering, and product teams to ensure seamless technical integration. 

Process Improvement & Playbook

• Contribute and find opportunities for process, framework, templates, and playbook improvements that create consistency and scalability.
• Assist leadership with Department capacity planning, forecasting exercises, and project data analysis.
• Drive team documentation and training.
• Support leadership by analyzing lessons learned, managing client feedback, and monitoring project metrics. 

Desired Skills & Experience :

• Degree in Business, Project Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project or program management within payments, fintech, Banking-as-a-Service, sponsor and/or issuing bank, or bank-fintech partnership models.
• Experience managing client-facing project implementation or onboarding engagements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously and competing priorities.
• Strong communication, organization, facilitation, and leadership skills
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build trust, provide guidance, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
• Project Management related certifications, preferred.
