Sears Monument Company is looking for a dependable, creative, and compassionate person to join our Beckley office as a Memorial Design & Sales Counselor .

This position combines customer service, design, sales, organization, and follow-through. You will work directly with families to help them create meaningful memorials that reflect their loved one’s story while staying within their budget and cemetery requirements.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting walk-in, phone, and online customers
• Guiding families through the memorial selection and design process
• Helping customers make selections based on their vision, budget, and cemetery requirements
• Creating computer-assisted memorial drawings and proofs
• Preparing contracts and completing required paperwork
• Gathering cemetery and installation information
• Following each order from the initial sale through production and installation
• Maintaining communication with customers throughout the process
• Keeping the office organized, professional, and welcoming
• Serving as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their order

No monument experience is required. Training is provided.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
