Responsibilities Title: Physical Therapist Location/work environment: In‑facility Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans. Deliver physical therapy and monitor patient progress. Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to promote independence and productivity. Collaborate with peers and provide referrals as needed. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility. Master's degree in Physical Therapy, or Master's in a related field with a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy. Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus five years of progressively responsible PT experience. Degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated as the U.S. equivalent to a Physical Therapy degree.
