Senior Marketing Project Manager

Role Overview Join the Firmwide Marketing PMO to lead large-scale, visible programs with ownership, complexity, and accountability. This role requires an independent operator to drive end-to-end programs across content franchises, campaigns, client experiences, digital platforms, governance, and partnerships. This strategic role involves planning, execution, risk management, governance, and delivery from concept through post-launch, aligning with Firmwide Marketing and COO priorities. Pay Rate Up to $75.57 Key Responsibilities Lead complex, multi-workstream programs comparable to firmwide franchises, spanning video, audio, digital, events, and channels. Translate strategic objectives into executable plans with timelines, milestones, and delivery models. Drive programs from concept and stakeholder alignment through launch and post-launch measurement. Strategic Partnership & Stakeholder Management Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across various departments and external agencies. Proactively identify risks and decision points, providing recommendations. Lead cross-functional forums to ensure alignment and accountability. Governance, Risk & Controls Ensure programs meet governance, legal, and compliance requirements, collaborating with relevant partners. Manage disclosure alignment, review workflows, and approvals across formats. Maintain audit-ready documentation and decision logs. Execution Excellence & Speed to Market Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and asset trackers for rapid execution. Drive efficient workflows balancing speed, quality, and control. Continuously improve PMO processes and templates. Communication & PMO Leadership Produce clear, concise updates for senior leadership. Serve as a model PMO leader, setting standards for program management. Mentor and collaborate with PMO team members. Qualifications & Experience 8-10 years of experience in program or project management within marketing, media, content, digital, or complex organizations. Proven ability to lead large, high-visibility initiatives with senior stakeholders. Experience in regulated environments, including governance, legal review, and compliance. Strong command of project planning tools and reporting, with attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills for decision-making. Comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels. What Success Looks Like Programs launch on time without last-minute issues. Stakeholders trust in program management. Risks are identified early, and governance is maintained. The PMO is seen as an indispensable partner. Ownership of outcomes, not just tasks. #J-18808-Ljbffr
