Clinical Staff Pharmacist — 24/7 Hospital & Ambulatory Care
Columbus Regional Health
Columbus Regional Health seeks a pharmacist to provide outpatient MTM services in a clinic/office setting under supervision or CPA. The role involves medication education, lab and drug level evaluation, and dose adjustments to optimize therapy. Experience in hospital pharmacy preferred; PharmD or BSPharm required.
