Job Title: Aerospace Paint Technician

Aerospace Paint Technician

Join a growing aerospace manufacturer and help create high-quality painted components used in advanced aircraft systems.

What You'll Do:

• Apply paint finishes to panels and lenses
• Mix and match colors to exact specifications
• Operate spray guns and painting equipment
• Perform sanding, surface preparation, and finishing
• Inspect finished products for quality and color accuracy
• Read blueprints and follow work instructions
• Maintain a safe and organized work area

What We're Looking For:

• Experience with spray painting or paint finishing
• Strong attention to detail and color matching skills
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions
• Comfortable working with paints, chemicals, and PPE
• Aerospace or manufacturing experience is a plus

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Redmond, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
