Position Overview We are seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing home health team throughout the Metro Detroit area. This is a contingent, visit-based position offering flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients while delivering exceptional care in the home setting. Flexible scheduling that fits your lifestyle Competitive visit-based compensation Weekly pay with direct deposit One-on-one patient care in the home setting Work independently while receiving strong clinical support Opportunity to expand your home health and clinical assessment skills Supportive, collaborative, and mission-driven team environment Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive Start of Care (SOC) assessments and admissions Complete supervisory visits to ensure quality of care and regulatory compliance Develop, review, and coordinate patient care plans Perform skilled nursing visits as needed Provide wound care, including wound vac management Provide tracheostomy (trach) care and patient education Collaborate with physicians, therapists, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members Educate patients and families regarding disease management, medications, and care plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) Ensure compliance with agency policies and professional nursing standards Qualifications Required: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Michigan Minimum of one year of nursing experience Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency with electronic documentation systems Ability to pass a criminal background check Authorization to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications Home health experience Experience conducting Start of Care (SOC) assessments Experience performing supervisory visits Wound care and wound vac experience Join Our Team If you are a dedicated RN who enjoys patient-centered care, clinical assessments, and the flexibility of home health nursing, we encourage you to apply.
