Precision CNC Grinder: OD/ID & Surface

We blend advanced technology with hands-on craftsmanship to deliver exceptional results.Role SnapshotAs a CNC OD/ID and Surface Grinding Specialist, you will execute close-tolerance grinding, read complex prints, and turn raw stock into precision parts that meet exact specifications. You’ll own your setups, verify quality with precision metrology, and keep safety and quality at the forefront.A Day in the LifeBegin by reviewing engineering blueprints and technical drawings to understand fits, finishes, and datum references.Prepare your station: mount and dress wheels to spec using approved dressing devices; verify machine readiness.Dial in speeds, feeds, and other parameters to hit tolerance targets and surface finish requirements.Grind parts across various sizes and materials with tight tolerances, using Surface, OD/ID, Wet, and CNC grinders.Measure throughout the cycle using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and indicators; make fine adjustments as needed.Swap out worn or damaged wheels and validate performance before continuing.Wrap up by documenting results and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.Where You’ll Work and ScheduleLocation: Mooresville, INJob Type: Full timeWhat You’ll BringHigh school diploma or equivalent.2+ years in machining, with grinding experience strongly preferred.Hands-on proficiency with Surface Grinders, OD/ID Grinders, and Wet Grinders; familiarity with a CNC Grinder is a plus.Deep understanding of close-tolerance grinding and finishing practices.Comfort using precision metrology (micrometers, calipers, gauges, indicators) and a keen eye for detail.Tools & TechnologiesSurface GrindersOD/ID GrindersWet GrindersCNC GrinderBenefitsCompetitive Pay – Compensation aligned to your experience and impact.Comprehensive Health Coverage – Medical, dental, and vision for you and your family.401k with Company Match – Build your future while you build great parts.Generous Paid Time Off – Paid holidays and personal time to recharge.Career Growth & Development – Training and development to advance your craft.How to ApplyReady to build precision with us?
