Today, our team includes six members, many of whom have been with the office for 20+ years, creating a stable, experienced, and supportive environment. I’m a graduate of the University of Georgia, married with two daughters, and actively involved in the community through multiple boards, including the Fort Gordon Alliance Community Board. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Qualifications Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities.
