Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the prototype phase.Testing and Evaluation: Support testing activities, including performance, load, and security testing, to evaluate how the prototype systems behave under different conditions. Provide feedback on the system’s performance and suggest improvements or optimizations.Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for the prototype systems, including setup procedures, configurations, troubleshooting guides, and system architecture diagrams. Document any changes made to the system and their impact on performance or functionality.Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with software developers, engineers, and other IT professionals to integrate new features or changes into the prototype systems. Assist in the transition of prototype systems from the testing phase to production environments.Security Management: Implement and manage security measures to protect the prototype systems from unauthorized access or cyber threats. Ensure that all security policies and procedures are adhered to during the prototype phase.User Support: Provide technical support to users or stakeholders who are testing or using the prototype systems.
