Overview Providence Medical Group is seeking a full-time Family Medicine physician to join the Hawks Prairie Family Medicine clinic. The facility offers services such as Immediate Care, Behavioral Health, a pharmacist and a dietitian. The practice is located in Lacey, Washington. Responsibilities Flexible Monday to Friday schedule with 4, 10-hour shifts; up to 1 day of Telehealth possible Outpatient care only DAX Copilot AI scribe documentation service available for all clinicians at no charge Centralized triage and in-basket support Team-based care with RN co-visits and integrated clinical services (PharmD, BHI, RD) Patient-centered medical home Shared call 1:20 or better Compensation and Benefits Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits inclusive of healthcare plans, retirement with employer matching, continuing medical education (CME) allowances, paid time away, relocation for eligible candidates, and more Compensation is $304,209 per year The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.
