Education Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and understand shipping, receiving, inventory, and quality control documents, including Bills of Lading (BOLs).
• Commitment to workplace safety and following standard operating procedures.

Experience Requirements

• Previous experience as a Forklift Operator, Material Handler, or Warehouse Associate in a manufacturing or distribution environment required.
• Experience with shipping and receiving, inventory management, warehouse operations, and material handling required.
• Proven ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently while moving raw materials and finished goods.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
• Ability to climb stairs and work safely in an active manufacturing environment.
• Ability to inspect equipment, move materials, and maintain consistent attention to safety procedures.

Job Duties

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to transport raw materials and finished products throughout the facility.
• Load and unload trucks, verify labels and product information, and complete shipping, receiving, inventory, and BOL documentation.
• Support production operations by supplying materials, loading empty totes, and removing full totes from production lines.
• Organize warehouse inventory, maintain stock accuracy, and assist with cycle counts and monthly inventory activities.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections, report maintenance or safety concerns, and participate in safety meetings and training programs.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace while following all safety, quality, and operational procedures to support efficient production and on-time customer deliveries.

What You Will Do


As a Forklift Driver you will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will inspect equipment before use, replenish inventory locations, support shipping and receiving activities, verify product movement, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure safe, efficient material handling throughout the facility.


A Forklift Driver helps maintain efficient warehouse operations by safely moving products between receiving, storage, production, and shipping areas. This role requires equipment operation skills, organizational ability, and safe work habits.


The Forklift Driver combines forklift operation with inventory awareness and warehouse procedures to help ensure products are moved accurately and efficiently throughout daily operations.
