## Surgical Technologist IIApplylocations: Springfield, Massachusettstime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R43401# **Surgical Technologist (CST) – Labor & Delivery****Department:** Labor & Delivery **Location:** Baystate Medical Center – Springfield, MA **Schedule:** Full-Time Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) **Requirements:** Rotating weekends and holidays required**Sign on bonus eligible!*****Resume required with application***## Position SummaryBaystate Health is seeking an experienced **Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)** to join the **Labor & Delivery Department** at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield.Under the direction of the Unit Manager, RN Clinical Operations Coordinator, and RN Service Leads, the Surgical Technologist works directly with obstetricians, surgeons, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure the safe and efficient performance of surgical procedures, including obstetrical and emergency cesarean deliveries.The Surgical Technologist applies expert knowledge of sterile and aseptic technique, human anatomy, surgical procedures, instrumentation, and advancing surgical technologies to support high-quality patient care.
